Use social assets

Social assets are share-ready graphics Spark prepares around business milestones, booking activity, reviews, team updates, and monthly recaps. Use them when you want to promote progress outside Spark without creating a design from scratch.

Choose the milestone to share

1. Open Campaigns and go to Social.
2. Review the milestone categories.
3. Pick the category that matches what you want to share.
4. Select an asset to focus the preview.

Spark may show assets for milestones such as profile live, first booking, first completed appointment, first review, five reviews, great rating, team member added, monthly appointment recap, monthly review recap, and booking link refresh.

Choose the right format

Each ready asset can include one or more formats:

• Story is sized for vertical story posts.
• Square is sized for feed-style posts.
• QR card is useful when you want a booking-link graphic customers can scan.

Choose the format before downloading so the file matches the channel you plan to use.

Share an asset

1. Select a ready asset.
2. Review the preview, caption, and booking link.
3. Copy the caption if you want Spark’s suggested wording.
4. Copy or open the short link when you want to test the destination.
5. Download the selected format.

Downloaded files are meant for use outside Spark. Posting, scheduling, or editing them happens in the social platform or design tool you choose.

Understand asset states

• Ready means the file can be downloaded.
• Processing means Spark has unlocked the milestone but is still preparing the image.
• Failed means the asset did not render. Try again later or contact support if the asset remains failed.

If a milestone has no matching assets, clear filters or wait for Spark to finish generating the next eligible milestone.
