Settings

Settings is where admins manage the provider configuration that affects the rest of Mimbbo.

On mobile, use the Settings picker at the top to choose a section. On a larger screen, use the settings sidebar. Open an editor to change its current values. When you have unsaved changes, Save changes stays at the bottom of the screen. If you switch sections with unsaved edits, choose whether to stay, discard them, or save before continuing.

Use Settings when you need to

• Update business identity, contact details, logo, social profiles, or the public booking link preview.
• Manage the Mimbbo mailbox, forwarding, and sender rules.
• Choose notification channels for your teammate account.
• Review or change your account sign-in method from My Profile.
• Review billing state and payment actions.
• Invite, edit, or remove team members.
• Configure Auni Assistant behavior from provider settings.
• Enable or disable Intelligence tracks.

Common tasks

Update business profile

1. Open Settings.
2. Choose Business Profile.
3. Open the business details, logo, contact, or social profile editor you need.
4. Choose Save changes.

Manage operational settings

Use Messaging for mailbox and sender controls, Notifications for personal notification channels, Your sign-in in Business Profile for password and social sign-in choices, and Billing for subscription state and payment actions.

Manage access and automation

Use Team to manage members and permissions. Use Auni and Intelligence when you need to control what Mimbbo can surface, suggest, or handle.
