Settings
Settings is where admins manage the provider configuration that affects the rest of Spark.
Use Settings when you need to
- Update business identity, contact details, logo, social profiles, or the public booking link preview.
- Manage the Spark mailbox, SMS, forwarding, and sender rules.
- Choose notification channels for your teammate account.
- Review billing state and payment actions.
- Invite, edit, or remove team members.
- Configure Auni Assistant behavior from provider settings.
- Enable or disable Spark Intelligence tracks.
Common tasks
Update business profile
- Open Settings.
- Choose Business Profile.
- Update brand, contact, logo, location, social profile, or public booking details.
- Save changes.
Manage operational settings
Use Messaging for mailbox and sender controls, Notifications for personal notification channels, and Billing for subscription state and payment actions.
Manage access and automation
Use Team to manage members and permissions. Use Auni Assistant and Spark Intelligence when you need to control what Spark can surface, suggest, or handle.
