Services

Services is where you create the bookable menu clients choose from and the visual content that helps them book confidently.

Use Services when you need to

  • Create a new service.
  • Update pricing, duration, images, or bookable status.
  • Reorder the service list.
  • Add optional upgrades.
  • Add gallery content that supports booking decisions.

Common tasks

Create or update a service

  1. Open Services.
  2. Choose Add service to create a new service, or select an existing service to edit it.
  3. Update the name, duration, price, media, and bookable status.
  4. Save the service.

Services marked not bookable remain in your catalog but do not appear as available booking choices for clients.

Reorder the service list

  1. Open Services.
  2. Drag services into the order you want clients and staff to scan.
  3. Review the list after filtering or searching.

Reordering changes how the catalog is presented. It does not change service duration, pricing, or availability.

Add extras or images

  1. Open Services.
  2. Use add-ons when you need optional upgrades that attach to one or more services.
  3. Use Gallery when you want to show visual examples of your work.
  4. Link the add-on or gallery post to a service when that connection helps the client decide.
