Billing
Billing settings show the subscription state that controls access to Spark.
Review billing state
- Open Settings.
- Choose Billing.
- Review status, access, current plan, and billing date.
- Take the available payment or plan action when needed.
Spark can show states such as trialing, active, past due, canceled, incomplete, unpaid, or lifetime free.
Understand access messages
- Full access means billing is not blocking normal work.
- Read-only means some actions may be blocked until billing is resolved.
- Blocked means Spark access is currently blocked by billing status.
If payment fails, update billing details to restore full access.
Change or start billing
Billing actions depend on the current account state. Spark may show actions to start checkout, manage payment details, change plan, or open the billing portal.
If the provider has lifetime free access granted by an admin, Stripe billing is not linked and normal billing actions may not appear.
Cancel before deleting a business
Some businesses must cancel the subscription before deletion is available. If Spark says cancellation is required first, finish the billing cancellation step and wait for Spark to confirm it.
Deletion remains separate from cancellation. Canceling billing does not automatically delete the business.
