Team permissions
Team settings control who can access your Spark account and what they can change.
Invite a team member
- Open Settings.
- Choose Team.
- Invite a team member.
- Add their name, title, email, phone, and starting role.
- Send the invite.
Pending invites appear with active members so you can see who still needs to accept.
Edit or remove a team member
- Open Settings and choose Team.
- Select the member you want to update.
- Change their details or role.
- Save changes.
Removing a member immediately revokes access. Pending invites are deleted as part of removal.
Understand permission levels
- Owner has full access to all settings, billing, team management, and client data.
- Admin can manage settings, clients, and messaging, but cannot access billing or remove the owner.
- Team member can access assigned work, appointments, and day-to-day customer workflows.
Use the lowest role that still lets the person do their work.
