Use conversations and history

Use the client profile when you need to follow up with context. Spark keeps conversations and client history connected so the next person who opens the record can understand what happened.

Start a conversation from the profile

  1. Open the client profile.
  2. Select the option to start a conversation.
  3. Confirm the client has an email address on file.
  4. Write the message and send it.

Spark can reuse an existing thread when the right conversation already exists for that client.

Review message history before you send

  1. Open the client profile.
  2. View the client’s conversations.
  3. Review recent outreach, replies, and unresolved work.
  4. Open the thread you need before sending a new message.

If there are no existing conversations, Spark shows that clearly so you know you are starting fresh.

Use this quick follow-up check

  • Read the latest note before you contact the client.
  • Check last visit and next appointment so the timing makes sense.
  • Review the current lifecycle goal and next planned Spark step.
  • Check recent Spark activity and attempts to avoid duplicate outreach.
  • Keep new outreach connected to the client record.
