Campaigns is where you send one-off email outreach, review what happened after a send, use social-ready milestone assets, and understand how clients manage email preferences.
Use Campaigns when you need to
- Send a one-off email to a broad audience or selected list.
- Schedule a send for later in your local time.
- Review campaign delivery and engagement.
- Follow recipient replies in Conversations.
- Download milestone social assets for external channels.
- Understand unsubscribe and offer opt-out behavior.
Common tasks
Create a campaign
- Open Campaigns.
- Choose the audience.
- Add the campaign name, subject, and body.
- Choose whether to start now or schedule it for later.
- Create the campaign.
Review campaign results
- Open Campaigns.
- Select the campaign you want to inspect.
- Review delivery, engagement, and recipient-level outcomes.
- Open Conversations when a reply needs follow-up.
Use social assets
- Open Campaigns and go to Social.
- Choose the milestone category you want to share.
- Select a ready asset.
- Choose the format for the channel.
- Copy the caption or link, or download the file.
