Campaigns is where you send one-off email outreach, review what happened after a send, use social-ready milestone assets, and understand how clients manage email preferences.

Use Campaigns when you need to

  • Send a one-off email to a broad audience or selected list.
  • Schedule a send for later in your local time.
  • Review campaign delivery and engagement.
  • Follow recipient replies in Conversations.
  • Download milestone social assets for external channels.
  • Understand unsubscribe and offer opt-out behavior.

Common tasks

Create a campaign

  1. Open Campaigns.
  2. Choose the audience.
  3. Add the campaign name, subject, and body.
  4. Choose whether to start now or schedule it for later.
  5. Create the campaign.

Review campaign results

  1. Open Campaigns.
  2. Select the campaign you want to inspect.
  3. Review delivery, engagement, and recipient-level outcomes.
  4. Open Conversations when a reply needs follow-up.

Use social assets

  1. Open Campaigns and go to Social.
  2. Choose the milestone category you want to share.
  3. Select a ready asset.
  4. Choose the format for the channel.
  5. Copy the caption or link, or download the file.
